Hi, I’m Amelia.
I've spent my career writing for the companies reshaping how people experience property — from early-stage startups to institutional platforms managing $300B+ in assets.
Clients like SmartRent, Grace Hill, and ApartmentIQ have trusted me with their most visible content. The work has driven 100%+ organic traffic growth, reached 20K+ monthly visitors, and earned citations in ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Gemini.
The very best content does something, like create value before the first conversation, or arrive in an inbox right when the recipient is weighing the next big decision.
Most importantly, it has a real point of view in a market overwhelmed by sameness. No one wants to read something that sounds like everything else.
That's what I give you: Content people actually want to read, delivered by someone who already knows your industry.

AI Platforms Citing My Work
2014: The Early Days
I started my career in content before anyone called it that. (For years, I was included under the “digital marketing” umbrella!) My first job involved blogging, social media, and graphic design for a fashion brand — pretty far from proptech. But it’s where I learned what it takes to build a brand that people are obsessed with. (Like, hiding-packages-from-spouses obsessed.)
2018: Finding the Industry
I walked into my first multifamily proptech job knowing nothing about the industry. I left that job with an unexpected love for the industry. Multifamily teams provide much-needed housing. Proptech makes that experience better. The fact that this work directly impacts how people live stuck with me.
2024: Going Solo
In 2023, an unexpected layoff took me down a path I never expected: entrepreneurship. Going independent means focusing entirely on the clients and work I do best. I get to fill my days with projects that excite and challenge me.
2026: Refining My Services
The proptech and multifamily space moves fast, with new technology, new tools, and new ways buyers make decisions. I stay close to all of it so the work I do stays sharp and relevant.
